You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order, shipping rates will be based upon the shipping provider's standard rates. We do not charge a handling charge. We will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination (excluding Saturday & Sunday). Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. Metro Public Safety Supply reserves the right to verify employment before shipping certain Police Gear. Orders received after 11AM EST may be shipped the next business day (Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays).
In the unlikely event that we send you a product that is not as you ordered, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping costs.

Deliveries to APO/FPO and PO Boxes will be shipped via United States Postal Service at the Standard rates indicated above. Select Standard Best Way Delivery at checkout. Please allow for extended delivery times.
